At least 17 people have been injured after a train crash in Denmark.
Four of them are in a critical condition following the collision between two commuter trains 25 miles north of Copenhagen.
Pictures from the scene show the mangled wreckage of the front of both trains.
The collision happened on a part of track between the town of Hillerod and Kagerup village shortly before 6.30am.
Police have declared a major incident while emergency crews work at the scene.
Gribskov Mayor Trine Egetved said: ‘I am deeply shaken and shocked,and my thoughts are with everyone affected.
